1. Who we are

Hypefill S.R.L. is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details you give us — for example through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, by email, on WhatsApp, at events or when you book a call: your name, business email, phone number, company name, job title and your answers to our questions.
  • The content of the messages you send us.
  • When you visit hypefill.shop: technical and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and WordPress.com statistics.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your request, arrange a meeting or a call and send you the information about our fulfillment and logistics services that you asked for — based on your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • To follow up on business contacts and keep our records — based on our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and our website — based on your consent where the law requires it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf — such as Meta Platforms (advertising and lead forms), WordPress.com / Automattic (website hosting) and our email and scheduling providers, such as Calendly — and, when needed to answer your request, with our group company Hypefill East S.R.L. (Romania).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact data for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become a client — in which case we keep it for the duration of our contract and as required by law — or you ask us to delete it earlier.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict its use or to stop using it — including for direct marketing — and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@hypefill.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in your country — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
